North Korea Warns Of Nuclear Strike On US

North Korea state media warns of nuclear strike if provoked as U.S. warships approach
The threat came as a US Navy strike group, headed by a nuclear powered-aircraft, steamed towards the western Pacific.
Tension on the divided Korean peninsula has escalate sharply in the wake of last week’s Syrian air strike.
Today a propaganda newspaper in North Korea’s capital of Pyongyang upped the ante further with a saber-rattling editorial.
They said: “Our revolutionary strong army is keenly watching every move by enemy elements with our nuclear sight focused on the US invasionary bases not only in South Korea and the Pacific operation theater but also in the US mainland.
“We never beg for peace but we will take the toughest counteraction against the provocateurs in order to defend ourselves by powerful force of arms and keep to the road chosen by ourselves.”
Another newspaper added: “The present US administration would be well advised to give up the plan for a preemptive attack from which the predecessors sustained failures.
